After submitting a client request form, we’ll review your details and confirm if your trip is a good fit. Once booked, we’ll work closely with you to design an itinerary or recommendation list tailored to your interests, preferences, and travel style.

What’s the difference between services?
The Curated List is a selection of accommodations, dining, and experiences, perfect for travelers who want expert suggestions without a full itinerary. The Petite Escape offers an itinerary for short trips (up to 4 days). The Signature Voyage provides a comprehensive itinerary for longer trips (5+ days).

Do you book hotels, flights, or reservations?
At this time, Allumette Travel provides hotel reservation assistance along with expert planning services. This is optional, but potentially gives you access to exclusive Perks!

Do you offer last-minute trip planning?
Yes! If you need an itinerary or recommendations on a tight timeline, we offer a Rush Order option for an additional fee. Availability depends on our current client schedule.

For the best experience, we recommend booking at least 6-8 weeks in advance, especially for bespoke itineraries. However, we do accept shorter timelines based on availability.
